Georgia Toffolo heard Jamie Laing from the toilet on I’m A Celeb

She was completely cut off from the rest of the world during her time in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

But Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo let slip a bizarre secret during her appearance on This Morning on Monday, joined by her Made In Chelsea co-stars Jamie Laing, Louise Thompson and Alex Mytton.

The reigning Queen of Jungle revealed that despite living in a secluded site in the remote Australian jungle, she could hear her Chelsea pal Jamie laughing – from the camp’s toilet.

Quizzed by TV hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield whether she had let her E4 castmates know about taking part in the reality show, Toff giggled.

She said: ‘I did call [Jamie] to say I was leaving, and he said, “I’m doing the After Camp [spin-off]”.

‘It’s really difficult in there because you don’t have a watch and we don’t know what day it is.

‘I was counting down the days and I got it into my head J was there and I would sit on the dunny and I could hear him laughing!

‘The dunny was close to their studio. It was so comforting – I tried to get Ant and Dec to say hi from me and I think they did.’

‘Made In Chelsea is my home,’ the ever-amiable blonde, 23, said. ‘I would not have been able to go into the jungle without it. I’m very mindful of that.’

She went on: ‘I enjoy it! These people [in the show] are genuinely my friends. I still live on the King’s Road. Nothing’s changed except I had five weeks in Australia.

‘It would have been a travesty for people who voted for me in the jungle, who might have been looking forward to seeing me back on MIC [if I didn’t come back].’

The new trailer for the 15th season of MIC has made a playful nod to returning star Toff, after she took the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! crown at Christmas.

Of her time in the jungle, the reality star – who has since taken on a multitude of other projects on the side since winning the show – explained that she ‘made a pact with herself to be herself’.

‘I am known for being on MIC, which some people think means I’m up my own a**e, which I’m not,’ she said. ‘The more time I spent in the jungle I thought to myself “God Georgia, just be yourself, if they don’t like you who cares?

‘I was so worried I would come back and people would say “you were really different”. I was having a bit of an identity crisis, and was like “who am I?”

‘So thank god I made that decision to be me. Being me is good.’
