I’m a Celeb’s Bernard Tomic takes a swipe at Mundine

Bernard Tomic may have controversially left I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!

But the 25-year-old tennis star still managed to take a parting swipe at former camp mate, boxer Anthony Mundine.

Bernard said he doesn’t think Anthony will be able to ‘handle all of the girls’ on the show, because he has an ‘attitude.’

The comment came as he predicted Anthony or Shannon Noll to take out the show.

‘I am going to pick Shannon to win, or Anthony but I don’t think Anthony is going to be able to handle it with all of the girls because he has an attitude,’ Bernard told The Daily Telegraph.

‘Anthony put on a show within the first few minutes and it was funny to watch. I think the girls are going to struggle with him in there and it is going to get a bit tense,’ he added.

Anthony made headlines this week when he shared his controversial views about men and women.

The loud-mouthed ‘camp leader’ said he would bring the ‘pizzazz’ and a little bit of ‘torment’ to the game.

‘I’m not domestic at all, that’s the woman’s job. We go hunting and eat the food,’ he admitted in his opening interview.

‘I just kick back and relax and let women do everything,’ he later told his camp mates.

He also chatted to The Daily Telegraph before his jungle stint, with the Muslim star condemning abortion, contraception, homosexuality and voiced his support for polygamy.

‘You can have up to four wives done justly,’ he said, crediting both his Islamic faith and ‘aboriginal culture’ for allowing such a thing.
